Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Counselling

Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Counselling The dates for the Haryana Engineering Admissions have been announced as July 10 for the first Round and July 21 for the second round. Conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (Hstes 2014), the Counselling for the Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 involves registration, choice filling, document verification and seat allotment for all the aspirants of the B.Tech courses in Haryana. The HSTES Counselling 2014 will be held in two rounds. Candidates must have qualified in JEE Main 2014 to be eligible to apply for the Counselling of Haryana B.Tech Admission 2014. 

Note: The first counselling  will be for all categories. Similarly the second one shall be done for all categories namely AIC,HGOC, KM, HGST, SC, BC (by merging BCA & BCB in BC), SBC, EBP and merging all (ESM priorities in ESM) with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.

After the second counseling, there will be no online counselling and admissions shall be made at Institute level counseling after merging the sub categories (including female) of a particular reserved category into the main reserved category.

Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Counselling Procedure

• The Counselling for Haryana B.Tech Admissions will be through the Online off Campus Counselling by NIC.
• Note: Counselling for the Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 will be held in two phases Phase 1 and Phase 2 (to be held for the seats left vacant after the Phase 1 counselling is completed)
• Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 1st Counseling will be for all categories namely AIC, HOGC, KM, HGST,SC, BC-A, BC-B, SBC, EBP PH, ESM (with all priorities and FF) of all categories with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.
• Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 2nd Counseling  will be for all categories namely AIC, HOGC, KM, HGST,SC, BC (by merging BCA and BCB in BC), SBC, EBP, PH and merging all ESM (all priorities and FF) with 25% Horizontal Female reservation

2.  Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Choice Filling & Locking:

• Candidates must fill in their choices as per their preference of courses and colleges.
• The preferences/choices can be changed till the last date as specified

3. Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Provisional Seat Allotment: 

• Once the Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Result is declared, candidates have to log in tusing the Roll No & Password to check the Provisional Seat Allotment. 
• Students should print the Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 provisional seat allotment letter
• The Provisional Allotment Letter has the details of the Institute, Branch allotted, Allotment Status and reporting duration.

4. Haryana Engineering Admission 2014 Physical Reporting:

• Candidates who have been allotted seats must get the documents verified  as specified
• The institute will check the candidate’s provisional allotment letter and verify all the documents specified online.
• The password of the candidate as well as that of the institution is mandatory.
• Once the documents are verified, the system will generate two copies of the Haryana Engineering Admissions Slip – one for the candidate and the other for the institution’s reference.
• A deficiency report wil be generated in case the documents are not found correct. Candidates must submit the correct documents to obtain the admission slip.
• Candidates must deposit one semester’s fees in the institute as specified to confirm the seat
• The fee structure of various self financing technical institutions is available on the website www.techeduhry.nic.in

Documents to be furnished during physical reporting at the institute:

Note: Candidates have to submit the original documents along with three sets of duly attested photocopies.

Important: The originals documents have to be returned to the candidates after verification.

• Class XII or equivalent Marks sheet and Certificate
• Class X or equivalent Marks sheet and Certificate
• Admit Card of JEE(Main) - 2014
• JEE(Main) –2014 rank card / NATA Score Card
• Certificate of Medical Fitness-Annexure-XI
• Character Certificate as specified
• Haryana Admission Allotment Letter
• A DD for the specified fees.

Other documents to be submitted if applicable:

• Residents Certificate as per Annexure-II, if applicable (For students other than those from Haryana)
• Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of All India Services borne on Haryana Cadre, Employees of Statutory Bodies/Corporations as per Annexure -III, if applicable
• SC/OBC/PH  Certificate as per Annexure, if applicable
• Certificate required to be furnished by the Children & Grand-children of Freedom Fighters as per Annexure -VIII, if applicable
• Certificate from wards of Deceased/Disabled/Discharged Military/Para-Militarypersonnel/Ex-Servicemen or Ex-Personnel of Para-Military Forces–Annexure-IX
• Certificate from wards of ex-employee of Indian Defence Services/ Para-Military Forces -Annexure-X
• Proof of annual parental income from all sources (in case of TFW quota candidates & BC,SBC,EBP candidates)

Haryana Engineering Admissions 2014 Upgradation:

• Candidates should participate in the HSTES Counselling 2014 conducted after the first allotment for upgradation in case the seat allotted is not preferred by the candidate
• Candidates must login to the website www.tehadmissions.gov.in to sign the undertaking of forefeiting the earlier seat in case of upgradation in the subsequent counselling
